General Warranty Terms & Disclaimer
Bentley Print Co. guarantees the quality of our vinyl wrap installation for one (1) year from the installation date when using 3M wrap film. This warranty strictly covers installation defects and does not serve as a warranty for the wrap material itself, which is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
By purchasing a wrap from Bentley Print Co., you acknowledge that vinyl wraps are a temporary cosmetic application and are subject to wear and tear over time. The longevity of your wrap depends on various factors, including maintenance, environmental exposure, and handling.
What’s Covered?
This warranty covers installation defects, including:
✔ Peeling
✔ Bubbling
✔ Premature lifting at edges or seams
✔ Adhesion failure due to improper installation
If any of these issues arise within one year of installation, Bentley Print Co. will repair or replace the affected area at no charge.
What’s Not Covered?
Vinyl wraps are a cosmetic enhancement and, like paint, are subject to wear and tear over time. This warranty does not cover:
Damage from car accidents, vandalism, or road debris
Scratches, chips, or scuffs from improper maintenance or impact
Mechanical car washes, pressure washing, or chemical exposure (fuel spills, harsh cleaners, etc.)
Environmental factors such as extreme heat, cold, or prolonged sun exposure
Pre-existing damage like rust, peeling paint, deep scratches, dents, or existing vinyl
Issues related to perforated window vinyl, which may impact visibility in bad weather
Important: Bubbles Happen!
If you notice a bubble forming, it must be brought to our attention within 5 days to qualify for warranty coverage. If left unaddressed and the bubble splits, it may void warranty coverage for that area.
How to Maintain Your VEHICLE Wrap IN JACKSONVILLE, FL
To extend the life of your vinyl wrap:
✔ Hand wash with mild soap and water
✔ Avoid high-pressure washes, abrasive brushes, and automatic car washes
✔ Park in shaded areas or indoors when possible
✔ Clean off contaminants like bird droppings, fuel spills, and tree sap immediately

Warranty Eligibility
Warranty eligibility depends on the condition of the vehicle at the time of installation. If a vehicle has rust, paint damage, deep scratches, dents, or existing vinyl, the wrap may not adhere properly, and warranty coverage may not apply.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue related to installation, contact Bentley Print Co. within the warranty period with:
Proof of installation (receipt or invoice)
Photos of the affected area
A description of the issue
Our team will assess the issue and determine if it qualifies for repair or replacement under the warranty.
Design & Artwork Ownership
All custom designs created by Bentley Print Co. remain the property of Bentley Print Co. If you wish to purchase your artwork files for future use, pricing will vary based on complexity.
Final Disclaimer
This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and installation. Bentley Print Co. is not responsible for vehicle downtime, business losses, or incidental costs related to wrap repairs. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided beyond what is stated here.
